I recently had the privilege of leading a two-day training seminar for Linglong Tire’s global and domestic sales and marketing teams at their corporate headquarters in Shandong, China.

On day one, we explored essential leadership principles tailored to the tyre industry through two interactive sessions. Day two focused mainly on the transformative power of personal development programs designed to inspire and empower participants in their professional growth.
The sessions attracted strong engagement; over 60 managers attended in person, and more than 100 joined online. I was truly impressed by the energy and openness of this forward-thinking, global-minded team.

Drawing on my 30+ years of experience in the tyre industry, I found it rewarding to share practical insights and foster meaningful dialogue with the next generation of industry leaders. The interactive format encouraged active participation and knowledge sharing, further strengthening the partnership between Linglong Tire and Mandela Group.
